Our client manages over 200 healthcare facilities with a wide array of environmental and facility services in a large geographical area. Our client is challenged by current data silos and complex operations but aims to launch digital innovations for their healthcare customers and improve, expand, and grow their own service portfolio.
Our healthcare and technology experts supported our client in defining their IoT platform vision and concept. The solution approach is designed to be scalable and flexible, starting from a proof of concept in the first hospital, through to a future rollout across 200+ customer facilities. In addition to the IoT platform itself, the concept includes the application layer and user interfaces, solution architecture and deployment, as well as the Hospital Cockpit as the first application.
This project enabled our client to accelerate their digital transformation agenda in the operation of healthcare facilities. Furthermore, our solution enables our client to take further steps in improving care delivery and patient experience, while optimizing operational costs.
