To enable this novel production method, a wide array of automation and digitalization technology was required, including a custom-performance digital twin.

To operationalize this strategy and launch the new production method, the client requires a strong automation and digitalization approach. In addition, the client requires support in defining the roll-out and go-to-market (G2M) strategy for its innovation.
Our team of industry and technology experts has developed a holistic automation and digitalization approach to enable the operationalization of the new innovative production method. One key element was the definition and development of a tailor-made performance digital twin to enable remote monitoring of the production cell. Beyond the technical enablement, our team also developed the strategy for roll-out at different sites, including hiring and training requirements.
