From his beginnings at Siemens Advanta Development, Hasan recalls being captivated by the open communication and collaborative problem-solving spirit among colleagues. “Siemens has its own culture of working,” he says, “I knew about the various scrum and agile methods that our company applies in the work methodology, but this was my first time experiencing them in real life.” He says describing the first few weeks were dynamic and full of new experiences.  

Recognizing the gravity of the situation, Hasan took charge, utilizing Siemens learning resources to master necessary technologies from scratch.  

"There’s a huge learning pool within our learning portal, so I could find anything to move on with my new quest quickly.”  

Over five months, he not only identified and corrected technical errors and cybersecurity issues but also immersed himself in fully mastering the technologies used across the project. His determination and planning enhanced its efficiency by creating comprehensive technical documentation to prevent setbacks in the future.  “Also, whenever I faced difficulties, I could reach out to my colleagues, and they would give me the most they could."
